The LTG27R steering drive axle is used in conjunction with the LTG27F steering drive axle, together forming a complete four-wheel drive system for telescopic handlers with a load capacity of 3–3.5 tons. Unlike the LTG27F steering drive axle, which features an integrated two-speed gearbox, the LTG27R steering drive axle, as the rear axle, is not equipped with a gearbox. With a simpler transmission chain, it performs auxiliary drive, steering, and braking functions. The product adopts a modular design, with mounting dimensions flexibly adjusted according to the requirements of base machine manufacturers, ensuring rapid adaptation to telescopic handlers of any brand or platform. This rear axle for telescopic handlers is equipped with normally closed wet multi-disc brakes and a central double-acting steering cylinder, with an optional friction self-locking differential. Central double-acting steering cylinder, flexible and precise control

The structure includes a central double-acting steering cylinder with high torque and fast response, paired with increased-angle steering knuckles. As a result, the rear axle of the telescopic loader provides a significantly larger steering angle compared to standard axles, effectively reducing the minimum turning radius of the entire machine. When operating in narrow warehouses, passages between buildings, and forest areas, the maneuverability and passability of the equipment are greatly improved. Additionally, a steering mechanism center position sensor is installed, simplifying the return of the wheels to the straight position and reducing operator workload.

Optional friction self-locking differential, no slipping on complex surfaces

An optional friction self-locking differential is available, which automatically monitors the speed difference between the left and right wheels.
