Job opening: Drive Axle Design and Development Engineer

We are looking for experts in the design of drive axles withpractical work experience from 5 to 10 years or moreIf you are fluent in transmission principles and familiar with design standardsDANA, ZF or CARRARO and strive to lead key developments on a technology-driven platform – we invite you to join us. (Full-time or part-time employment is possible; salary is discussed individually,the upper limit is not limited.)
Job responsibilities
· Integrated design and development: Development of the overall concept of the drive axle transmission system; supervision of structural design, 3D modeling, 2D drawings and technical documentation of key components.
· Analysis and optimization of characteristics: Independently conduct simulation of characteristics, strength testing and optimization of the drive axle transmission efficiency to ensure the reliability and validity of the product at the design stage.
· Full cycle implementation: Close support of pilot production, testing, and launch into serial production; prompt identification and resolution of technical problems at the development and pilot production stages.
· Collaboration and Submission of Results: Support for project implementation at all stages; technical briefing, development documentation, and interdepartmental technical cooperation.
Candidate requirements
· Education and specialty: Higher professional education (bachelor's degree or higher) in the field of "Mechanical engineering design", "Automotive engineering (chassis)", "Transmission engineering" or related specialties.
· Core Experience:Practical experience from 5 to 10 years or more in the design and development of drive axle transmission systems; fluency in the operating principles of drive axles, knowledge of full-cycle development standards from conceptual design to serial production.
· Professional skills:
--Fluency in engineering design and simulation software.
--Ability to independently develop key components of drive axles (final drive, differential, wheel reducer, etc.).
· Personal qualities: High ability to technically solve complex problems and promote projects; responsibility, accuracy, good communication and team skills.
· Advantage: Priority in hiring will be given to candidates with experience in renowned international drive axle manufacturing companies –CARRARO, DANA, ZF.

· Part-time employment (by projects):
--Cooperation format: project responsibility, work in stages; periodic work in the company office as needed.
--Assessment and compensation: results-oriented, flexible schedule; payment based on project stages or under an overall project contract.
· Wages: discussed individually.
--The amount of payment is determined individually depending on technical qualifications, work experience and the scale of the project.
--Leading specialists and technical experts may receive salaries that exceed established limits; additional incentive payments and technical bonuses are provided based on project results, individually based on actual contributions.
