The PY210 motor grader rear axle is specially designed for 200-220 horsepower motor graders and can be used as a high-end motor grader rear axle. The axle adopts the industry-leading three-stage design and supports customized production according to the specific requirements of equipment manufacturers, and can be flexibly adapted to various brands and models of motor graders. The balance beams on both sides and the intermediate axle body are securely connected by high-strength slewing bearings. This design not only ensures excellent load-bearing capacity and sealing, but also simplifies disassembly and maintenance, significantly reducing the difficulties associated with untimely maintenance and downtime. The wheel end adopts floating oil seal technology, which automatically compensates for wear gaps and maintains excellent sealing performance under harsh operating conditions such as extreme cold, high temperature, and dusty conditions. This effectively prevents lubricating oil leakage and completely isolates dust, sediment, and water vapor from penetrating the axle. The internationalization process of the PY210 motor grader rear axle began with an in-depth strategic cooperation with the renowned Belarusian manufacturer Amkodor. When Amkodor was developing a 210-horsepower grader for the Eastern European market, it urgently needed a highly reliable drive axle capable of adapting to the harsh climate and operating conditions of Eastern Europe. Upon learning of this requirement, our technical team did not rush to present a standard plan. Instead, they took the initiative to conduct an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of special working conditions, such as numerous marshy areas, long winters, and spring pulp harvesting in Belarus, and dispatched senior engineers to Minsk to conduct on-site research. Based on first-hand data, we systematically strengthened the key components: we optimized the elasticity and wear resistance of the floating seal at low temperatures, adjusted the micro-modification parameters of the gearbox to withstand frequent impacts during start-stop, and strengthened key body components. The rear axle of the motor grader was designed to withstand severe load fluctuations during permafrost thaw, and a slip-free differential lock ratio was selected that best suits local road conditions. After prototype testing and subsequent on-site verification, the motor grader's rear axle finally passed Amkodor's rigorous audit, demonstrating excellent performance characteristics. Serial delivery of auxiliary equipment was successfully implemented. Until now, there have been no quality complaints during the warranty period, and the product's reliability has been recognized at the highest level by reputable international markets.
