Scheduled Technical Maintenance and Bridge Care

1. Before starting to operate the vehicle, it is necessary to check whether the external connecting bolts of the axle are loose, if there are any oil leaks from the axle, and if there are any abnormal noises from the hubs or gearbox.

2.Mandatory technical maintenance of bridges:

A: Mandatory technical maintenance should be carried out after the car has been driven for a while.3000–5000 km depending on operating conditions.

B: The first service includes: replacing lubricating and transmission oils, checking the alignment of the front wheels, adjusting brake clearances, as well as inspecting all fastening elements.

3.Regular technical maintenance of bridges:

A: After the first service, regular maintenance should be performed.every 10,000 km miles.

B: Regular maintenance includes: replacing lubricating oil, tightening all fastening elements, checking wheel alignment, inspecting brake pad wear (if maximum wear is reached, pads must be replaced immediately and brake clearances adjusted), checking gearbox condition, evaluating clearance between drive and driven gears (if clearance exceeds acceptable limits, adjustment and timely oil change are necessary).
