Common Malfunctions and Methods to Eliminate Them for Leading Front Loader Bridges
In the main axles of front loaders, primary gearboxes, differentials, and hub gearboxes generally work reliably and rarely fail.However, with incorrect assembly or severe oil shortage, serious malfunctions may occur as described below:
1.Extraneous noise in the front and rear drive axles.
Characteristic of the malfunction and reasons:
(1) Abnormal engagement of the main gear pair;
(2) Excessive clearance or damage to tapered bearings;
(3) Severe wear of differential satellites or their washers.
Troubleshooting methods:
(1) Conduct inspection and adjustment;
(2) Adjust or replace damaged parts;
(3) Replace worn-out components.
2.Extraneous noises in hub gearboxes
Characteristic of the malfunction and reasons:
(1) Damage to planetary gear needle bearings;
(2) Damage to planetary gear washers leading to the destruction of needle bearings and other meshing gears.
Troubleshooting methods:
(1) Replace all damaged parts;
(2) Determine the cause of damage to the spacer washers and replace the damaged elements.
